When i select the 'Don't keep a local copy of messages' option below the save option no longer works.
If i now just click on the 'mail' option to return to my inbox, a popup box appears with the options: 'save' , 'no' and 'cancel',
however clicking the 'save' option does nothing only 'no' and 'cancel' respond.
I have 6 accounts i need fixing. I am migrating my email accounts and do not want to be continually having to delete my inbox emails
during the migration process.
Called last week regarding 1 account, and after over 15 minutes was told my forwarding worked, but now looking at my
webmail option, that box is still unchecked.
