Sorry to hear about the situation that you are in. The technician may have thought it was a spare or not needed, thus why it was taken away. We can certainly get you a replacement HDMI cable, either through a pick up at our Retail office, or we can arrange for a technician to visit to drop one off for you. If the HDMI cable was a specialty one, we can try to track down the original technician that had visited your home and get him to deliver it back to you.
