I have tried to play a purchased movie for two days now. I tried resetting the box several times, and it worked once but no longer. When I go to My Orders and click the selected movie and then play, all it shows is a Shaw ad for a few seconds and then switches back to the My Orders page. I have never had problems in the past.
Is there any way to test the connection speed and cable integrity from the box?
The recycling truck pushes on the cable crossing the back lane every single Monday. Is there any way to tell short of a technician if this may be causing a slowdown in connection speed and hence a lack of playing On Demand movies. I have never received any error codes.
