Has anyone notice their accounts being hacked and/or unable to be accessed? I've had 3 of my 7 emails hacked and used to send spam in the last month.
I feel it is due to Shaw's low-security password. For example, if my password is 12345678abcdefg, the system will also accept 12345678. Essentially, only the first 8 characters of my password are required. Try it out.
This is an easily solveable issue by the customer, so no response from Shaw is required except for the password truncation part.
