The sibilants are awful again.
Hey perickson, sorry this has come back up!
We'll look into it.
Hey perickson, another update for you. After listening again for awhile, video ops did find that the quality is a bit distorted so they're looking into it now.
I'll advise if there are any updates on this.
Cheers for now
Any improvement to the quality of the feed?
Yes, thank you for your time and attention.
Awesome, thanks for keeping us posted!
Let us know if it happens again.
CBC is distorted again.
Good morning perickson,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you make sure the coax is set tightly to the equipment again? We will check the channel for you.

The problem seems to have cleared somehow. The coax was not the issue, as all of the other channels were fine.
Hey Paul Erickson,
Thanks for getting back to us with an update and glad to hear it's back to normal again. Keep us in the loop please. I don't believe that Tony found any issues with the channel itself on his end.
All of the radio stations are now motorboating. It just happened a few minutes ago, and all channels are effected.
Hi perickson. I'll send that up to our video operations team.
Hey again, I've been in touch with our video operations team, but after listening for some time, they weren't able to hear any degraded quality within the broadcast.
I would recommend re-seating the coaxial cable that feeds your receive at both ends, checking your hardware, perhaps restarting it and testing with different audio output hardware to try and isolate the issue.
cbc and king FM are not there, and no it is not a cable connection problem.
Based on your post, it sounds like those two channels (among other FM stations) has been discontinued in your area unfortunately. For more information and alternatives to tuning into your favorite stations, please have a look at this Community article here: FM Discontinuation . We do apologize for any inconveniences caused.
I have yet to see any reason not to despise Shaw. Will be actively looking to find another provider.
