We just purchased a box today and can only get a few channels. It seems to be connected correctly; we get the guide but most of the channels that we are getting on our other TV's message "Not Authorized" thsi is frustrating - what can we do?
The new box will need to be activated in order to properly display the channels you subscribe to.

If you are unsure which channels you subscribe to you may want to ask one of the Community Moderator's to assist you further.

It has been activated - we are getting a few channels, 30 or so, but most ate not authorized. My chat session ended while I was trying to list all of them!!
