Setting up mobile device

When I log on to shawmail and click on preferences I do not get an option to set up a mobile device, notunder general or any other category. I have set up both pop and exchangeaccounts and can receive, but not send emails directly from my iPhone or iPad. I believe I have read every suggestion ever posted online on this topic..... Help!,
