Hello - our picture has deteriorated over the past day - we replace the cable and checked the connections and unplugged the box, but it is still poor.

As per that document, have you unscrewed and reconnected the coaxial cable on the back of the digital box and also at the wall outlet, as well as at a splitter (if there is one)?
