My shaw on demand is frozen and i can't get out of it.
Just to be sure, you've tried the Exit button on the remote? If so and the prompt to exit doesn't come up, maybe try the front controls on the cable box to move around/select the exit option (if you have a cable box with front controls). If nothing's working, you may need to unplug the power from the back for 30 seconds then plug it back in. This will reset the cable box and should fix the problem for you.
