Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with channel 20. What area are you located in? And what error message are you receiving on this channel? Please let us know.
In most cases, missing channels are usually due to a poor signal. I'd recommend checking out our How to troubleshoot poor picture quality / pixelation troubleshooting guide and trying the steps outlined there. Hopefully that does the trick! If not, please get back to us with more details.
I assume you are talking about cable connections. We get times when different channels suddenly stop a message says signal loss and then the program comes back. That is an issue that should not happen with cable tv since it is coming in on the same line as the internet. Maybe Shaw should just feed the TV signals thru their internet service.
How often does this happen? Is it on a specific channel or multiple channels?
