Bad Ping Problem

I've been having bad ping every single day at random times. It's extremely frustrating when I'm gaming and my ping would randomly spike to over 1000. Currently, the wifi is connected to a Cisco modem provided by Shaw, which is then connected to a Linksys router.

Here's a trace route when my ping spikes:

C:\Users\Main>tracert 104.160.131.1
