I clicked on live chat today wondering why I was unable to see how much internet I used for November.
The woman said she couldn't understand why I couldn't see it and that she put a repair ticket in that would take around 48 hours to
fix so I would be able to see it.
I then asked if she could tell me what I had used as she said she could see it just before.
She replied she was unable to see it.Then she says,"could you please give me you login information? In order to update my account.
I paused and said I didn't feel comfortable doing that.
Either way the ticket went in with a maybe if it could be fixed.
My question is am I suppose to give my information out?
