Hey,

Noticed today I was having issues connecting with a server for a client, did a traceroute and found one of the hops is timing out:

  1    <1 ms    <1 ms    <1 ms  ASUS [192.168.1.1]

  2     8 ms    10 ms    13 ms  64.59.133.245

  3    35 ms    26 ms    28 ms  rc3sc-be10.wp.shawcable.net [66.163.78.2]

  4    72 ms    73 ms    69 ms  rc4as-tge0-2-0-0.vx.shawcable.net [66.163.77.50]

  5    70 ms    70 ms    71 ms  eqix.asbn.twtelecom.net [206.126.236.36]

  6    81 ms    82 ms    83 ms  64.129.234.42

  7    74 ms    66 ms    68 ms  74-202-124-94.static.twtelecom.net [74.202.124.94]

  8     *        *        *     Request timed out.

  9     *        *        *     Request timed out.

10     *        *        *     Request timed out.

11     *        *        *     Request timed out.

12     *        *        *     Request timed out.

I know that this isn't directly related to Shaw, but certainly something you can look into.  The 74-202-124-94.static.twtelecom.net [74.202.124.94] route/server/interconnect/whatever it's called is failing.  Please investigate.

I've managed to get around the issue for now using a VPN, but it would be nice if I could connect without

Thank you!
