I have had Shaw service technicians here several times for pixilation and drop out problems on several channels. It has yet to be fixed.. The problem is not at my house , or the drop it is fed from according to the service tech who was here last . .The signal is strong , but quality is bad so the channels do not lock on. This is happening on multiple individual channels, not on the entire channel list , so it is frequency band specific. I cannot contact Shaw by cell phone because I know of no way to "press one" to break out of the *#$%!! computer generated list and talk to a live body .
