Been having issues with my box since yesterday. The remote isn't working properly with the box and channels that I had, I seem to no longer have. Channels are not showing that were working before the issues starting. Help, any ideas?
Hey there chelsea414 sorry you're having some trouble!
I'm sure we can get this fixed for you though. First things first, have you tried unplugging the power to the cable box for 30 seconds? If not, give that a go and then check again and let us know if it's working or not. We'll take it from there.
I have tried that twice. Yesterday we were trying to get the box working, and not sure if ended up getting re-activated or not.
Alright let's take a look from here to see we can do!
