After weeks (and in some cases months) of using these apps, suddenly they do not recognize my email and/or password. Nothing has changed on the devices. iPhone 6s and iPad Air both using iOS9. What's up?

Oh no! We are terribly sorry to hear that you are having issues logging in to Shaw Go apps with your email address and password. You should also be able to use your My Account username/password to access these apps. Can you please give that a try and let us know if logging in is successful using the username/password you use in to My Account?
If that doesn't do the trick, please let us know what error message you are receiving and we can look further in to this for you.
I have tried both my email and my account username. In both cases I get the message "The username or password for this account is not recognized. Please check your account information and try again."
i am am able to get into my email and into my account information using these names and passwords. I have deleted and reinstalled the gateway app and rebooted devices to no avail.

Prior to the iOS9.2 upgrade, did you guys experience the same or similar issues with our apps crashing? If so, can you please let us know which version you were previously on? Troubleshooting wise, please let us know what you have tried, along with the specific apps that you guys are using.
We just received our account for Shaw Go yesterday when trying to sign into Discovery go, CTV go and Global go app it says the username and password are invalid. We do have iOS 9.2 Any suggestions?
Hmm, did you attempt to sign in with a Shaw email account or was it your My Account (http://myaccount.shaw.ca) username/password credentials? If you were using a Shaw email account, please confirm whether the username/password combination works by trying to sign onto Shaw Webmail at http://wm.shaw.ca. If you are not able to sign into Webmail, you'll need to change the password from within My Account.
I can sign in to Shaw support but can not sign into my account or to webmail. What now?
Not sure why my original entry in this discussion is marked "Assumed Answered" as it is definitely not answered. My email login (and that of all the emails on our account) are working fine. The only Go app that is working is Global Go, presumably because it hasn't requested a new login. Anything that has requested a new login is not working. This includes Gateway, Movie Central and others. Free Range does appear to be working, but I have not been asked to re-enter credentials. We have tried to login to these using two different Shaw email accounts as well as our account username and password. I have already put this information into messages in my Community Inbox, but it appears those don't get read when new Shaw people enter the conversation. I am not convinced the problem started with iOS 9.2 as I believe I successfully used the apps after upgrading from 9.1, but fortunately that's not my problem to solve!
Are you going to be able to address my issues. I cannot sign into my account or webmail so how will it work on the apps. I have no problem signing into Shaw support. What is the problem. Should I call and talk to someone about this?

So the Gateway app is now working, and I note there were no upgrades in the App Store. Thanks for the fix - it would have been nice to get a notification that it was fixed. I assume it was not and iOS 9.2 issue?
I am not specifically sure where the bug was which caused this issue. It may have just been the app needed some adjusting to work with the 9.2 update. Glad to hear that it is working as should now however.

I'm now having the same problem. The last time I logged in (about 2 weeks ago I think) I didn't have any issues, but not the case anymore.
My iphone is running 10.2 but I'm encountering the same problem on ipad which is on 9.2. I'm getting the same "username or password not recognized" message on both devices as the original poster. I've tried logging in with online customer login as well as my shaw email account, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and changed password just in case that did something but none have worked. Any ideas?
Sorry to hear that is happening for you, one quick question. For the email address, if you use the same log in information on http://webmail.shaw.ca does that get you logged in?
Yes, I'm able to get into my shaw webmail with the same login info.
