Hello, I've been seeing significant packet loss and prime time saturation on my 30Mb biz line.
Yes, I've called into business tech support and they cannot find anything. Running a Cisco dpc3825 in bridge mode. While on tech support we tried multiple computers, all of which were directly plugged into the modem receiving proper WAN addresses and still seeing the packet loss and speed issues.
This issue is also happening at a family members house which is a block away from my place. Tried all the troubleshooting basics to verify nothing internally inside the house or my own equipment. The issues are only from 7PM-12AM and then goes back to normal speeds and no packet loss.
Really at a loss here, only get 6Mb download on a 30Mb download business connection.
