I've tried to reboot it several times without any luck
That could be a few issues but my guess is going to be a signal problem. Find the coax cable that screws into the back of the box and follow that to see if it is one cable directly to the wall or if it goes thru a splitter or some other device.
If it goes thru a splitter bypass that and hook one cable directly from the wall to the box. Then unplug the power to the box for one full minute then reconnect it and it should be good within 15 minutes.
If it is already direct unscrew the cable from both ends for 10 seconds then reconnect it. Unplug the power for one full minute and reconnect it and wait the 15 minutes again.
Hopefully one of those steps will get you going!
I tried to unhook the cable connection from the box as you said and it pulled right off leaving the screw on lug there... found problem... the piece of s***cable doesn't even have the ends crimped on... holy cheap s*** Batman!
I will crimp new ends on and we're good.
It works now that I've jammed the end in really tight and taped it but just temporary.
Thanks for your help!
