Tried to get Shaw to upgrade my old single band WiFi modem, but after 20 yrs as a loyal customer (and I have 3 services, a monthly bill in the mid-$100+ range) they wouldn't budge an inch. Other providers knock on my door regularly with good offers, but I never wanted to switch, price wasn't the issue. However, loyalty is. Now some customer service eCare rep will reply to this with "send us a private message, look in your Inbox" but I won't be responding, because I am gone.
