Tried to get some consideration, Shaw loses a(nother) customer.

The header says it all.  Tried to get Shaw to upgrade my old single band WiFi modem, but after 20 yrs as a loyal customer (and I have 3 services, a monthly bill in the mid-$100+ range) they wouldn't budge an inch.  Other providers knock on my door regularly with good offers, but I never wanted to switch, price wasn't the issue.  However, loyalty is.  Now  some customer service eCare rep will reply to this with "send us a private message, look in your Inbox" but I won't be responding, because I am gone.
