Broadband 100 - VERY Slow in Red Deer

I was told last night by a Shaw chat rep this was a problem that began on January 5 and only occurs at peak times, and that a fix is coming.  Well, it still is happening this morning (6:21 AM).  I wouldn't consider that a peak time.  When is this going to be fixed?  I will go back to TELUS if this isn't fixed.
