Shaw Gateway issues

My gateway had the can't communicate issues, so I unplugged it and left it off for 2 mins. When I plugged it back in and it rebooted, the gateway had deleted all my recorded shows and all my settings and recording settings for upcoming shows. If is also not displaying channel IDs or the channel icons in the guide.


What happened? I can still use the guide and the tv signal seems to be ok, but I it seems to have lost the last update.
