Hello. I presently have 2 separate internet packages running at my home. One of them is a business account, the other is a home account. I recently forgot the password to my business account for myaccount.shaw.ca, so the first thing I tried was a password reset. The problem is that since the password reset form only asks for a postal code, the reset form defaults to the account used by my home internet package, since both of them are on the same postal code. Effectively meaning I am locked out of my account. I have the phone number and account number associated with the account, although as it appears I can no longer use these to get the password on this account reset. How would I go about getting back into my account?
