Lately we've been seeing frequent messages stating "Network Connection has been restored." Tonight it has been almost every 10 minutes.
A few months ago we had the Shaw tech here to deal "freezing" problems. He replaced the box, the cables, and even the plug into the wall. We still have times when the box is VERY slow to change channels or display the guide, but it is generally better. Now we have this problem. The box is not plugged into a power bar.
