Getting more and more annoyed with the message "your HD box is being restored, etc" Last night
I saw this message at least 20 times in a 2 hour period. Unacceptable Shaw ! This morning, turned the TV on
and within 10 minutes its back.
I did a power recycle. No Change.
I checked all cable connections to ensure nothing loose. No Change.
I unplugged the DCT from the power bar and plugged it directly into a wall outlet. No change.
My DCT is new..replaced by Shaw 6 months ago to deal with another problem.
Is there anything else I can do before cancelling and moving to Telus? I personally think
these Arris terminals are garbage and Shaw needs to replace them with something their
customers can rely on.
