Just putting this out there (probably because I didn't know where else to say this), that I wanted to thank Shaw for the great service they have been giving me.
I had an issue last week with my Internet cutting out. They managed to get a tech out in a couple days, and replaced the modem. I haven't had an issue since.
And, up to this point, I have had 99.9% great people helping me with any issues I may have (well, except for personal issues......I can't post those here, can I?)
So, thanks again. I expect to be getting more products/service/channels from you shortly
