I live in Vernon BC near Okanagan Lake. In November I upgraded my internet from Shaw 100 to Shaw 120. My download speeds went from 130 Mbps to 170 Mbps which was great! Then in late December my speeds dropped from 170 Mbps to 6 Mbps. I called Shaw and a technician now has been here twice still no better we changed and checked everything. Then i got a cal last week from the same Tech saying they haven't forgotten about me and still looking into it. And oh by the way the node in your area was replaced in December. It's now nearly February and I still dont have the speeds I am paying for..
I have attached http://speedof.me tests to show you my friend on Shaw's speeds as well. This test site is much more acccurate than any flash based or Java version it is HTML 5 based.
When will Shaw will this get corrected. My Shaw bill is over $200 a month.
