Current setting is it will forward to VM if busy or no answer after 3 rings but I want to be able to just forward to VM when needed without ringing. I know I can do it in the Phone Portal but is there a quick way to do it on the phone?

You can accomplish this by dialing *72 then *98 on your phone. Later it could be disabled by dialing *73.

You're welcome. I'm not sure if that particular feature is new or not. The user guide only lists basic features so there's a good chance it isn't in there.
I see. I just tried and when I entered *72 then *98, it asked me to enter my access code, is it necessary?
It will actually connect to your voice mail after dialing *98, but it's not necessary to enter your access code at that point.
Make sure to do it this way, though:
- Dial *72
- Wait for stutter dial tone
- Dial *98
- You can then hang up if it asks for your VM access code.
