It is genuinely a procedure of SHAW to upgrade the modems firmware for at least 4 days then downgrade it back to what it once was?
Im asking because I noticed earlier today The Hitron I have had been upgraded to software version 220.127.116.11. & it had been like this for at least 4 days. According to the WAN up time.
I had unplugged it earlier today so I could clean. I plug it back in & I get connected (wireless) for about 5 min then disconnected for about 30 seconds, Reconnected then once again Disconnected.
I see the modem rebooted itself..... yet again. (Happens a lot as well)
I look on the "Overview" page & it had been downgraded Back to 18.104.22.168
With my wireless configs set back to default (The 5g setting only)
which firmware am i suppose to be on?
