So I got up this morning 8 am and no internet. I went to the phone to call tech.what no phone either. So got through on my cell (I have pay as you go) so it cost me a few $'s. Anyway we fixed the modem problem and the tech said they were working on the phone problem and it would be up in a couple of hours. Not great but!/? Anyway did not think more about it till I wanted to phone a friend at 7 pm only to find out the phone was still not working. Phoned tech and they had me reset the phone modem which worked. My problem is no email to let me know that I needed to reset the phone myself so we were without phone service (paid for) for the day.There should be a better way to do this.
