With all the new options available to us as consumers I am tired of paying sooo much for the Shaw package. Who/where can I have a conversation with a customer loyalty rep or the same?

Let us know how you make out... I was a long term client for around 15 years and they; offered to lower my pricing by having me drop channel packs, would not give me a new mpeg-4 hdpvr to keep my existing channels from disappearing, and something else I can't recall, so basically good long term clients mean jack schitt to them. I begged for some sort of loyalty deal, anything, they said nope. So I called their bluff and cut cable completely.
Best move I've made in years. Instead of 80% of $70 or so a month in cable, they are getting 100% of $0.
