Value for Money?

I've discovered that Shaw shut down their news servers yesterday. They left that for me to find out by calling tech support to see why it wasn't working. Today my monthly bill arrived with a price increase. I'm not impressed.


But we have such good connections compared to Telus said the tech. Yeah, but a great connection to no service isn't a selling point in my estimation.


Do you think you are getting value for money with your Shaw account? I'm starting to wonder if I am.
