Our Shaw box has been VERY  slow to change channels tonight (not an uncommon occurrence) so I unplugged it to reboot it.  Now it's displaying NO IP.  I have tried it a couple of times.   This is the most frustrating thing about Shaw service,  It frequently slows down so badly that you can't change channels.  The support people always say "check your connection is and reboot" so this is what I get.    -SAME PROBLEM, ALREADY DISCONNECTED AND REBOOT NTH TIME, STILL NO IP
