Both of our remote controls some buttons on are slow or not working and it is the same buttons the three and the nine and others are slowly going. The batteries have been changed.
Buttons that you use frequently can wear out over time. You can try power cycling your cable boxes to see if it's just an issue of slow responsiveness in general, but if you've tried replacing the batteries with no change, then you may need to replace the remotes. If they're under warranty, you can bring them into one of our retail locations to have them swapped out. We can also mail replacement remotes at a charge of $14.95 plus tax each.
