Emails sent to Shaw customers rejected by Shaw server

Hi We are a IT company.

 

We have our own mail server.

 

when we email to test@shaw.ca by using our mail server

 

somehow they don't receive the email

 

this is the message.

some of our clients use shaw.ca.

 

the problem is they dont receive any of email but we sent them
