Of the 17 HD channels that were added to classic cable pkg, 3 channels are not working for me. A&E(255), TLC(258) and WGN(259) are still asking to subscribe to the channels. Do I need a refresh from your end?

My previous comment was what was happening on the Gateway. I just checked the HD boxes. A&E and TLC appeared to be working but H2(97) and WGN(61) say no current program in the guide.
Thank you for getting back to us so quickly. For the HD boxes, are you able to do a quick power reset by unplugging them for 1 minute and then plugging them back in after that? It should take about 5 minutes to boot back up. Can you then check to see if the channels come up? As for the gateway, we can do a quick push from our end here as we still your information from a previous direct message.

Sorry for taking so long to check but I'm not familiar with the HD guide channel numbers. I've unplugged the HD boxes and and all the channels appear to be working now for both the HD boxes and the Gateway. Thanks for the help.
