My Gateway HDPVR keeps saying "CableCARD is not validated with the host." I've tried unplugging all shaw cable devices for over 30 seconds and it the message still keeps popping up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Is this something that started in the last few hours? We are aware of an issue at the moment with some boxes and techs are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible!
The issue happened around 1:30 PST and I still can't tune to certain channels
Is this on a gateway system? Is that happening on all boxes? Just want to be sure before we look into the next steps.
I only have The Gateway HDPVR. I don't have any Portals, I only have 1 TV
