Failed to authorize message when I turn on TV.

Failed to authorize message when I turn on TV.  Happened first about 1&1/2 weeks ago and reset itself.  Now has been like this all week.  Cannot access any channels. Can access internet.  Unplugged all and rebooted.  Came back ok but when I changed channel got failed to authorize message and again no access to any channels.
