No sound

We came back from holidays and don't have sound on one of our portals (the other does work). Here is what I've tried:

- rebooting portals

- rebooting gateway

- changing HDMI cables

- changing input on TV

- going through no sound troubleshooting found on this site

- I can get the Netflix through an Apple TV to work on this same input

- changing coax cables

 

i still can't get sound, any ideas out there before I call for a tech to come?
