My cell phone is not recieving calls from shaw home phones

I called Telus mobility as a couple of clients were unable to get through to my phone line. When I dial from my shaw home phone, i get a 8UC2 message, call can't be completed as dialed.

 

Telus said it's a shaw issue. Tried the same number from my wife's line, (telus) and it works fine. Now waiting for tech support to call me back. Any one else with this problem.
