Despite multiple reboots we are stuck with " no IP".
I will send you a direct message, please check your inbox, where we can trouble shoot this further. Generally noIP = not getting a signal.
Well I was working with a tech until I was dropped during troubleshooting......
Any idea how much longer this problem with No IP will continue. I talked to a tech about 5:00 pm but have not heard anything since. We did troubleshoot but to no avail.
