The front panel of my new HD PVR is displaying APP. I am unable to do anything. Do I need to unplug the box or is there something going on that requires that I leave it on?
There was an update last night and it probably didn't complete. If you unplug your receiver for 30 seconds then plug it back in, it should complete the update in a few minutes or so
Were you able to get this issue resolved? Disconnecting the power to the receiver and then re-connecting as mrgordos indicated should resolve the issue. Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues with the box booting up.
