Why can't you make account changes after you've scheduled a move?

Hey guys I'm incredibly upset right now and would like to make a suggestion for the future. I at the beginning of the month set up a move because I wanted to make sure we'd have our services first of may. No issues. However today j decided I wanted to watch wrestlemania so I called to get it added on and was told since my account was in move status they'd have to cancel the move, and talk to the move team again but I might not get my date and time back. To me that seems nuts. I'm trying to give you.more money, add a channel. To my package and I'm being told I can't? Incredibly dissapointined and I'd really. Hope this is something you'd look at changing in the future. Now I won't get to watch wrestlemania because of this :/.
