EMAIL

On my desktop I am using windows live mail 2012, and have been able to stop seeing the spam emails by using "add sender (or sender's domain) to blocked sender list."  I do not have to open the emails at all.

But the spam mail gets through to my blackberry  phone and I pad.  I have  to go to shaw webmail, mark the particular email as spam and then take it out of the junk file.  I have set the preferences as going directly to junk but it doesn't seem to be working for me.  On shaw webmail, I don't want to open the mail to get their address as I thought this would cause more problems.  What can I do?
