More issues with Shaw Gateway!!!!! cannot connect and 5102

We recently got a problem with our gateway. We have been problem free for almost a month and now something new On our tv we will all of a sudden get a message on the screen that states "cannot connect to Shaw gateway..........blah blah blah" and it stays on for almost 5 min and then error 5102 pops up.  and when I go and check the Gateway, all the lights are on and then a fan turns on and runs for about 1-2min and then everything turns back on.


....This has happened more than once and hopefully easy fix. As i don't want to wait for a month to get a technician out to fix ANOTHER PROBLEM
