I've been waiting here today to get my water damaged drop feed replaced but the tech didn't show up.
To top it off they closed the work order!

Sorry to hear the tech didn't show up for this. Not sure what happened as we would need to check the account to get more information on the situation. It sounds like you may have already spoken to customer support about this if they confirmed that the order was closed, but if you need to have us take a look at the account and rebook the work order, please let us know.
It'd be nice if it was just fixed like it was supposed to be.
OK I was informed that there was a lilac branch in the way.
I removed these.
