On digital box is message :"noIP" after resetting. Second box has signal but if you try to go to "tv on demand" there is message :"establishing network connection".
If your HD box is stuck on NoIP after a reset, it might be an issue with the signal to it. During the reset, it's possible that the coaxial cable was jostled and isn't sitting properly anymore. Could you unscrew and reconnect that coaxial cable on the back of the HD box?
