my T.V. Shaw router has been showing no IP message for the past week. I tried rebooting it several times but it didn't work. Any solutions? Once again, Reboot doesn't resolve the problem?
Super sorry to hear that you are having some troubles with your cable box. It sounds like this is signal related.
Can you please try reconnecting the coax cable (usually white or off beige) from the back of the box, as well as at the wall outlet? If you encounter a cable splitter, please also reconnect both ends. Please remember to power the unit down first from the power before attempting the above.
If you continue to have troubles with it, please let us know.
