Shaw email users are not receiving our emails

Many of our customers are using *@shaw.ca email addresses and most of them do not receive our emails.  We do not get an undeliverable message so we have no way of knowing if our customers are receiving our emails.  This only seems to be happening to Shaw emails addresses.  We email government agencies daily and never have any of these problems with their servers.  Is it possible that we have been inadvertently blacklisted?
