We are missing channel 40, 29, and a bunch of others. Please advise...
When you say missing, are they no longer available in the guide or the channel is not working? If not working, what do you see on screen when you turn to those channels?
If missing completely from the guide, have you recently changed your cable package?
Not showing in guide and when you enter number the number turns red and nothing happens. Have made no change to package in years.
