Sorry to hear that you're seeing issues with your cable service! Do you see this happening on all boxes in your home or only on a particular model? Troubleshooting wise, what have you tried so far? Most quirks like this, can be resolved by a power cycle of the cable box (turn off the cable box and unplug the power for at least one minute before reconnecting). If that hasn't been tried yet, give it a shot and let us know how it goes.\
